Firefinch Software is hiring a Marketing Executive to shape how we present ourselves to the broader life science industry. You will be responsible for owning our LinkedIn and website content, creating marketing assets, and working with the Market Development Manager to target key industry sectors.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and tactics aligned with our strategy.
- Produce engaging digital and physical assets, including website pages, social media content, mailers, blogs, videos, and graphics.
- Work directly with clients to produce marketing materials such as case studies and testimonials.
- Continuously analyze and evaluate marketing performance and budget.
- Coordinate event exhibitions and all supporting materials.
- Work collaboratively across the internal team and with external suppliers.
What We're Looking For
- Working knowledge of the Life Sciences or Medical Device industries.
- Strong desire and energy to learn about a diverse range of Life Science, Biotechnology, and Medical Device applications.
- Experience building effective relationships with stakeholders or customers to understand their business.
- Strong copy editing skills to maintain brand integrity.
- Experience managing the planning, writing, and delivery of marketing communications.
- Experience managing digital channels, including websites and social media.
- Experience working in a B2B marketing environment.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in copy design tools like InDesign to generate newsletters, business cards, and brochures.
- Sound knowledge of digital marketing practices and channels such as Google Analytics, SEO, and social media analytics.
- Experience contributing to strategy for targeting the correct audience with marketing campaigns.
- Experience using HubSpot, WordPress, and LinkedIn.
- Experience in communicating scientific or technical issues.

You will be part of the Business Development team, working closely with the Market Development Manager.
