Fitt Talent Partners is hiring a Marketing Director to drive comprehensive marketing strategies for a growing gut health supplement company. You will be responsible for expanding brand reach, strengthening positioning, and optimizing customer acquisition and retention across key channels.
What You'll Do
- Build and scale an influencer program with credible voices in the wellness and gut health space.
- Identify, engage, and negotiate partnerships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Set up and manage affiliate accounts to track campaign performance and ensure a strong ROI.
- Develop influencer briefs in collaboration with the Creative Director to ensure visual and messaging consistency.
- Work with an advertising agency to optimize paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
- Analyze ad performance and provide insights to develop new ad campaigns and creative.
- Identify opportunities for web development that improve paid performance advertising results.
- Provide monthly reports summarizing influencer marketing, paid media, podcast advertising, and PR performance.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategy and optimize campaign outcomes.
- Optimize website and landing pages to maximize conversions and customer retention.
- Plan and execute strategic campaigns, including seasonal sales like Black Friday and Amazon Prime Day.
- Coordinate conference presence, sponsorships, and in-person events to amplify brand visibility.
- Identify and secure podcast advertising opportunities and sponsorships aligning with our target audience.
- Track and report on podcast advertising performance and ROI.
- Arrange guest appearances for our co-founders on high-impact, relevant podcasts.
- Manage and direct our PR agency to secure high-value media placements aligned with strategic marketing objectives.
- Measure PR effectiveness, providing insights for ongoing strategic optimization.
- Cultivate relationships with media, journalists, and podcast hosts to reinforce brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and social media team to shape and refine social media and email marketing strategies.
- Review and refine content, design, and segmentation for emails, ensuring engagement and conversions.
- Track performance and surface insights to help optimize content strategy and community growth.
- Amplify high-impact content – including UGC, influencer content, and podcast/PR placements – across all digital platforms.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years in marketing, with experience in influencer marketing, performance advertising, PR management, and brand partnerships.
- Proven success working with influencers in the health & wellness space.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and campaign ROI analysis.
- Experience working with paid ad agencies on Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Ability to analyze PR impact and integrate it with other marketing channels.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficient in using analytics tools to extract actionable insights and guide campaign evolution.
- Experience collaborating with brand and creative leads and agencies to execute high-impact campaigns.
