Mail Waves is seeking a Marketing Director to lead marketing strategy, client experience, and team leadership at a high-growth company. You'll work directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and build the marketing function from the ground up.
What You'll Do

- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that generate measurable, scalable results.
- Drive lead generation through innovative campaigns.
- Create compelling copy and content that converts prospects into clients.
- Build and optimize the entire marketing funnel from awareness to close.
- Establish the company as the dominant thought leader in the space.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a growing team of 10+ marketing professionals.
- Recruit A-players who share a commitment to excellence and client obsession.
- Create accountability systems and performance standards that drive exceptional results.
- Mentor team members and create clear paths for career advancement.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and relentless execution.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of successfully managing 25+ clients simultaneously.
- Proven track record developing marketing strategies that generate significant, measurable growth.
- Experience leading teams of 10+ people.
- Strong ownership mindset, treating every role like building your own company.
- Availability to work core EST business hours and be responsive to urgent needs.
Nice to Have
- Facebook groups marketing experience.
- Strong copywriting skills and understanding of what makes people buy.
- Experience building marketing systems that scale without losing the human touch.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in fast-growth environments.
