Capgemini is hiring a Marketing Data Analyst III to manage all data and analytics functions for our Ancillary Products division. You will play a key role in supporting direct-to-consumer sales and marketing efforts for products like pet insurance, device protection, and flood insurance. Your analysis will directly inform customer acquisition, cross-selling, retention strategies, and profitability assessments.
What You'll Do
- Conduct analysis on product and campaign performance, customer segmentation, trends, opportunity identification, and profitability.
- Develop necessary reporting for analysis, working cross-functionally within the Direct BU and across the enterprise.
- Represent the team on data integration projects to ensure accurate sales and marketing reporting.
- Support distribution objectives for acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and profitability by assisting in advanced analytic projects.
- Implement local market planning and analysis, leveraging agent and district information to identify business opportunities.
- Assist with the creation of scorecards, agency development presentations for senior leadership, and campaign management reporting.
- Work on diverse projects ranging from planning and segmentation to deriving actionable rules for trigger-based marketing campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree (minimum required).
- Intermediate-level skills in Data Analysis, Mathematical Modeling, Marketing Analysis, Statistical Analysis, and Data & Systems Integration.
- Entry-level skills in Management Reporting and Project Management.
- Intermediate-level Verbal & Written Communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Entry-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
