Foley is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the growing marketing team by executing a wide range of marketing activities, from content creation and social media support to data analysis and event coordination. This role plays a crucial part in executing marketing strategies and ensuring the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Support content development, drafting copy for various marketing channels, and leveraging AI tools for optimization.
- Design and produce engaging banner ads, social media posts, and other digital assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Assist in developing visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for webinars, company events, and internal communications.
- Maintain and organize a comprehensive content resource library.
- Pull and compile performance reports for social media, email marketing, and other digital initiatives using platforms like Google Analytics.
- Analyze campaign performance data and proactively suggest data-driven improvements.
- Capture video snippets at company events, product demos, or customer interviews.
- Conduct video interviews with customers for testimonials.
- Edit and optimize video content for various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the social media team to schedule and manage content calendars.
- Implement A/B testing on social media content, measure performance, and iterate to optimize engagement.
- Monitor social media platforms, engage with the online audience, and foster community interaction.
- Work with the Content Manager to gather statistics and insights on email and social media campaign performance.
- Assist other marketing teams with ad-hoc creative requests and reporting needs.
- Manage and maintain the overarching marketing calendar.
- Collaborate with Marketing Program Managers on event preparation, promotion, on-site support, and post-event follow-up.
- Support virtual events like webinars.
What We're Looking For
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing support role
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
