Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with veterinary staff
- Conduct in-clinic visits to introduce and explain product benefits
- Provide training and resources to veterinary teams
- Follow up with clinics to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction
- Track and report visit outcomes and engagement metrics
- Identify opportunities for expanding product presence in new clinics
- Serve as a local point of contact for customer inquiries
- Collaborate with regional team members to align strategies
- Attend local industry events when applicable
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions
- Promote product updates and changes effectively
- Respond to feedback from veterinary teams
- Support marketing initiatives at the clinic level
- Assist with onboarding new partner clinics
- Ensure compliance with company policies during visits
- Adapt communication style to different clinic environments
- Prioritize clinics based on growth potential
- Manage time efficiently across multiple locations
- Represent the brand professionally during all engagements
- Stay informed about local veterinary market trends
