Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Bioprocess Solutions Marketing department. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for BPS marketing campaigns and product launches with a strong focus on the Data Analytics Portfolio. You will act as a partner to the Data Analytics Business Unit to drive the development, implementation, and optimization of campaigns to meet strategic business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Act as a strong partner for the Data Analytics business unit.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned with the Bioprocess Solutions roadmap and business objectives.
- Align on marketing objectives and KPIs with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, industry conferences, scientific publications, and targeted advertising.
- Foster collaboration with internal subject matter experts, research scientists, and product development teams to distill complex scientific information into accessible and compelling content.
- Work closely with the digital and regional marketing teams to plan demand generation, ensure successful delivery of KPIs, and maximize campaign and product launch impact.
- Prepare regular reports to analyze and report on campaign performance and return on investment, providing suggestions for optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, scientific developments, and competitor activities to inform campaign and product launch strategies.
What We're Looking For
- University degree or equivalent in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing, multi-channel campaign management, or product launch management.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent multi-task organization skills.
- Independent, efficient, and motivated work style.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably in B2B marketing, ideally for software solutions or in the Life Science/Biotech segment.
- Good German language skills.
