Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring an Events & Community Ambassador to support our newly acquired client in North Ryde, Sydney. In this on-site role, you will create and execute events that foster connection, engagement, and pride, ensuring they reflect the client's culture and values.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a calendar of workplace events and activations.
- Create annual programs for wellness initiatives, seasonal celebrations, and recognition events.
- Serve as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Manage event platforms and tools.
- Track participation and engagement metrics.
- Incorporate the client's brand identity into all events.
What We're Looking For
- Valuable experience in hospitality or events in a client-facing role where you've represented a reputable organization.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication abilities to build relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
- Creative problem-solving skills that turn challenges into opportunities.
Nice to Have
- A relevant qualification in hospitality, events, or a related field.
Work Mode
This role is on-site in North Ryde, NSW.
