Lincoln Electric is seeking a Marketing Associate to support event and tradeshow coordination, project management, and marketing administration for its Canadian operations. You will play a key role in ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered successfully and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Deliver administrative, logistical, and coordination tasks for all Canadian events and tradeshows.
- Assist in managing project schedules, tasks, and resources, ensuring projects stay on task.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and reports, ensuring all project-related information is organized and accessible.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Manage budget and expense records.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating risks that could impact project success, ensuring deadlines are met in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing, Business Administration, or Project Management role.
- A degree, diploma, or certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a comparable discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of desktop publishing software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with aggressive and competing timelines.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and with teams in a matrix organization.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of the welding industry, welding markets, and distribution.
- Understanding and/or experience with PMP software and projects.

Team & Environment
You will work in a matrix organization and report directly to the National Marketing Manager.

- Salary range: $48,876.00 - $61,095.00
