Jerry.ai is looking for a Marketing Associate, Organic Growth to shape how the world sees our brand. Reporting to the VP of Content & Organic Growth, you’ll drive strategic media outreach, data-driven storytelling, and content production in our fast-moving startup environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day PR operations across consumer, tech, business, and trade outlets.
- Craft high-impact, data-driven pitches, monitor news cycles, maintain media lists, track coverage, and build relationships with journalists.
- Partner with insurance experts to develop timely, media-ready studies by analyzing survey data and identifying compelling narratives.
- Write sharp headlines and create unique PR assets that drive organic growth.
- Publish and maintain SEO-optimized content in WordPress.
- Conduct keyword research and assist in content planning to align with organic growth strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree, preferably within journalism, communications, PR, or a related field.
- A fast, curious, scrappy, and resourceful work style.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into crisp, compelling stories.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines with urgency.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a newsroom, PR agency, or startup environment.
