Ethos is hiring a Marketing Associate

Happy Money is looking for a Marketing Associate to support internal and external marketing operations. In this role, you will focus on presentation design, collateral creation, campaign management, and website maintenance to drive our marketing initiatives forward.

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations with strong storytelling and visual consistency.
• Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, pitch decks, one-pagers, and reports using Adobe InDesign and Canva.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including emails and basic automation workflows.
• Collaborate with sales and business teams on campaign and enablement materials.
• Offer website maintenance and support, including updates and basic management using WordPress.
• Develop simple animations or motion graphics for presentations and marketing assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint with advanced slide design and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign and Canva.
• Experience running marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
• Working knowledge of WordPress and website content management.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of animation or motion design tools.
• Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B or healthcare marketing.
• Familiarity with sales enablement and branding initiatives.
• Knowledge of additional Adobe tools such as Illustrator or After Effects.

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation: ₹500,000 - ₹600,000 INR
