Sigma Marketing LLC is hiring a Marketing Associate to support and scale our digital marketing efforts. In this mid-level role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising, and content platforms.
- Coordinate campaign assets and deadlines with design, content, and product teams.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), helping to refine campaign strategies.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing content including landing pages, blog posts, newsletters, and ad copy.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decisions.
- Maintain and update the marketing calendar in line with product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Support community, influencer, and affiliate marketing activities where applicable.
- Ensure brand consistency and voice across all marketing communications.
- Optimize marketing funnels and user journeys to improve acquisition and retention.
- Assist in managing CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience in iGaming.
- B2+ level or professional-level English is required — both written and spoken.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a remote setting.
- Analytical mindset with attention to performance data and reporting.
- Experience in the iGaming industry is a must.
