Scale Army is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day content operations for a food blog. You will coordinate content and marketing to help readers feel more confident in the kitchen, gaining hands-on experience with the real work behind content marketing.

What You'll Do

Schedule content across all major platforms, including Facebook (via Meta Business Suite), Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Use scheduling tools to prepare and organize upcoming posts.
Maintain a consistent posting calendar and ensure timely delivery.
Write and edit short- and long-form content, including blog posts, email newsletters, YouTube video scripts, and social media captions.
Repurpose content across multiple platforms while keeping messaging clear and aligned with the brand voice.
Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to support content creation, thoughtfully revising and refining outputs.
Update existing blog content according to Google’s current SEO best practices.
Assist in formatting new recipe posts, improving internal linking, and identifying opportunities to expand content.
Support ongoing SEO initiatives by conducting light keyword research and applying findings.
Create and follow detailed checklists and SOPs to maintain consistency.
Collaborate with the client to align on weekly and monthly priorities.
Participate in training and onboarding, remaining open and flexible.
Occasionally track post performance using Google Analytics or platform insights.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience with digital marketing, copywriting, or content creation for blogs, newsletters, or social media.
Strong command of native-level English writing that is warm, clear, and reader-focused.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite is a must.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics is required.
Comfortable using AI writing tools as part of the workflow without relying on them entirely.
Detail-oriented, fast learner, able to follow checklists consistently while managing multiple tasks.
