Assistantly is looking for a Marketing Assistant to provide proactive, organized, and creative support to businesses. You'll work alongside founders, marketing teams, and brand leaders on a variety of projects including content, social media, email marketing, campaigns, and operations. This full-time, remote role is a long-term career pathway designed for impact, stability, and advancement.
What You'll Do
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content
- Support email marketing workflows and newsletters
- Conduct research for trends, competitors, and audience insights
- Create or assist with marketing collateral in tools like Canva
- Manage posting schedules, community engagement, or direct messages
- Coordinate campaigns, launches, and marketing timelines
- Track metrics and prepare simple reports
- Maintain brand consistency across channels
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in marketing support, social media, or content creation
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with Canva and other design tools
- Working knowledge of social media platforms
- Able to take initiative without micromanagement
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Dependable, responsible, and deadline-oriented
- Comfortable learning new tools and systems fast
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
