Remote Recruitment is looking for a Part-time Marketing and Admin Coordinator to drive our digital presence and support smooth operations. You will be responsible for executing content strategies and administrative tasks while working remotely from South Africa for our UK-based team.
What You'll Do
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create engaging written and visual content for social media and blog posts
- Assist in developing and executing SEO strategies to increase web traffic
- Monitor analytics and generate reports on digital performance
- Maintain and update the company website and job listings as needed
- Provide general administrative support including document preparation, email management, and database updates
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and track deliverables
- Liaise with the UK team to ensure smooth communication and workflow
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing, digital content, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media management, content creation, and SEO principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Workspace, and WordPress (or similar)
- Highly organised with good time management skills for part-time scheduling
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection
