Probably Good is looking for a Marketer / Head of Growth to drive our audience and impact. You’ll have significant autonomy in this hands-on role, combining marketing, technical, and editorial work to grow our reach across a range of projects.
What You'll Do
- Grow website traffic by running digital marketing campaigns.
- Increase newsletter subscribers by setting up and analyzing A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Expand our reach on LinkedIn through posting and direct messaging.
- Guide the design and creation of new website content for our target audience.
- Help our advisors scale outreach for career-impact workshops.
- Improve our analytics systems to enhance monitoring, evaluation, and understanding of what works.
- Own the full process from research and content creation to posting and monitoring analytics.

Team & Environment
You’ll join a remote, flexible, and collaborative team and report to the Executive Director, who previously served as Head of Growth. We value meaningful work and keep bureaucracy to a minimum.
