Market Strategy & Innovation Manager (m/w/d) Job Description: In this role, you serve as a strategic interface between Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Product Development. Strategic Planning & Thinking: - Develop forward-looking market strategies and initiatives based on comprehensive analyses, understanding economic interconnections and their impact on market strategy. - Actively integrate customer feedback and market requirements into the product roadmap and accompany implementation. Market Analysis & Intelligence: - Analyze data, market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify business opportunities, chances, and risks. - Drive cross-functional initiatives to ensure growth and differentiation. - Create substantive market and competitive analyses as decision-making foundations for management and product teams. Innovation Management & Cross-functional Collaboration: - Generate and promote creative ideas, steering the implementation of new concepts by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Product teams. - Create business cases for Go-to-Market initiatives. - Develop Go-to-Market plans and pricing strategies for new products and solutions with teams. Stakeholder Management & Alignment: - Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, working across interfaces on cross-functional initiatives to continuously expand the innovation pipeline. Adaptability & Data-Driven Decision Making: - Make data-driven decisions and respond to market changes and new requirements. - Utilize KPIs and analyses to measure and continuously optimize strategy effectiveness. Job Requirements: Profile: - Ideally hold a Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification. - Experience in market and competitive analyses and supporting sales cycles, preferably in IT environments. - Basic understanding of business processes. - Ability to present complex solutions comprehensibly and convincingly. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Fluent in German and English, both verbally and written. - Willing to travel regularly to personally serve customers.
