Summary: The role focuses on establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships for Elevate Pharmacy client sites, with emphasis on optimizing pharmacy expenditures. Responsibilities include identifying contractual, operational, and clinical opportunities, developing implementation strategies, and building alliances with key stakeholders. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of pharmacy practices and maintaining current professional competencies. Duties and Responsibilities: - Supports development of pharmacy department cost reduction strategies - Conducts comprehensive assessments of acute care pharmacy operations, identifying issues and recommending corrective actions - Coordinates pharmacy and supply chain evaluations - Manages implementation of new client contractual engagements in pharmacy services - Establishes and monitors critical performance indicators for service implementation - Collaborates with internal teams to analyze financial data for assigned projects - Manages multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment - Provides leadership in expense management and clinical alignment - Manages customer expectations and delivers cost savings within projected timelines - Collaborates with organizations to track and analyze financial metrics related to pharmacy services - Creates standardized documentation and calculation processes for savings solutions - Provides direct project oversight, including formulation, implementation, and success measurement Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Exceptional Healthcare and Pharmacy Comprehension - Comprehensive understanding of Pharmacy professional requirements - Strong communication capabilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills Work Experience, Education, and Certifications: - Pharm D degree mandatory - 5-10 years of relevant Pharmacy Leadership Experience Travel Requirements: - Up to 20% travel as necessary
