About the Role
The Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Manager will deliver sophisticated clinical oversight for the Palliative Care Program and provide comprehensive leadership for clinical staff. The role's patient care and personnel management balance will dynamically adapt to organizational requirements. The manager will actively engage in referral coordination, workflow optimization, and transformational strategies.
Direct/Indirect Patient Care:
Deliver comprehensive patient support through telephonic and virtual consultations within the palliative care program. Engage in patient panel assessments and participate in weekly interdisciplinary team meetings.
Personnel Management:
Function as a clinical leadership model, exemplifying exceptional professional standards for palliative care practitioners. Guide and support development of innovative operational approaches through iterative cycles. Directly supervise palliative care team members, encompassing diverse professional roles.
Establish performance objectives and provide professional coaching aligned with organizational leadership goals. Conduct systematic performance evaluations, ensuring accountability and implementing improvement strategies when necessary. Execute clinical quality assurance assessments through comprehensive documentation reviews and collaborative engagement.
Cultivate a member-focused, transparent clinical environment. Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes for clinical personnel.

Compensation Range: $140,000 - $155,000
