Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end research initiatives encompassing study design, survey and discussion guide creation, data interpretation, and narrative reporting.
- Convert research findings into clear, compelling insights using visual and story-based formats to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors—including programming, fielding, facilities, and moderators—to ensure timely project delivery.
- Support proposal development by analyzing current industry trends and relevant market topics.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and resolution of concerns.
- Address project challenges promptly and effectively to maintain quality and timelines.
- Guide junior analysts by providing feedback, mentoring, and training across research methodologies.
- Ensure project success by working with senior staff and overseeing junior members in quality assurance tasks such as survey logic checks, questionnaire reviews, data validation, and report accuracy.
