Aledade is seeking a Market President, Michigan to provide strategic leadership and direction for our state operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall performance and growth of Aledade’s network of independent primary care practices in Michigan.
What You'll Do
- Lead Aledade’s business operations and growth strategy for the Michigan market
- Develop and execute plans to build and strengthen partnerships with primary care practices
- Drive market performance against key operational and financial goals
- Represent Aledade with key local stakeholders and in the Michigan healthcare community
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading and scaling healthcare operations in a market or regional role
- Deep understanding of the Michigan healthcare landscape, including value-based care models
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with physicians and practice leaders
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a track record of operational execution
Work Mode
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Michigan. The role involves a blend of remote work and in-state travel.
