About the Role

Braze is hiring a Market Operations Director - Growing Partners to own and manage partner-level P&Ls for assigned markets. In this role, you will lead operational execution for clinical care and promote holistic patient care by leveraging internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Utilize knowledge of Value Based Care (VBC) to translate operational and clinical models to engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide operational lead and support in building the market in collaboration with nephrology partners.
  • Track performance and identify opportunities for improvement in partnership with Clinical Operations leaders.
  • Work across central teams to ensure optimized performance of core business (Engagement & Growth, Reduce TME, Clinical Documentation, and Quality) for the market.
  • Monitor dashboards and communicate performance results to drive accountability across partners.
  • Leverage data and performance analytics to drive clinical and operational process improvements.
  • Prepare effective presentation materials and agendas with clear items for follow-up and execution.
  • Maintain liaison relationship between Evergreen Nephrology and stakeholders through relationship building and communication.
  • Promote Evergreen Nephrology within the local market to help community understand business model.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Four years of experience managing teams in a multi-site medical group practice setting
  • Experience leading large scale program implementations
  • Experience managing operations in a Value Based Care setting
  • Experience leading and managing multiple workstreams and adapting to change
  • Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to work effectively in a primarily remote environment with specified internet requirements
