About the Role

Pernod Ricard is hiring a Market Manager, On-Premise, WI to lead portfolio strategy across a designated geography and channel. You will work closely with distributor partners and internal teams to drive performance, ensure alignment with regional priorities, and use data to identify opportunities and deliver results.

What You'll Do

  • Lead local market-level planning and execution of net sales, pricing compliance, and brand standards.
  • Leverage data and analytics tools to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage key account relationships and ensure execution of national and local programs.
  • Partner with distributor leadership and internal teams to build and execute local plans aligned with financial goals and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success, Field Marketing, and Chains teams to support sell-through and activation efforts.
  • Ensure consistent communication and alignment with distributor partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Track forecasts, manage local pricing strategies, and provide monthly performance updates.
  • Monitor retail pricing and recommend programming to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with data tracking tools and manage POS logistics and budget.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7 years of sales experience in wine, spirits, or consumer goods, with a strong track record of distributor management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using data tools to drive strategy and execution.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
