Shape strategy through authentic conversations by connecting with leaders across the Power & Utilities industry. In this role, you’ll focus on understanding real-world challenges by engaging with utility professionals, vendors, and adjacent experts—not to sell, but to listen deeply and gather meaningful insights.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out thoughtfully to industry contacts, starting conversations that prioritize learning over pitching
- Ask informed, open-ended questions to uncover current priorities, frustrations, and trends
- Document the precise language professionals use when describing their challenges
- Build trust through genuine curiosity and respectful dialogue
- Share detailed, well-organized insights with internal teams through the knowledge hub and CRM
- Collaborate with the Knowledge Curator to tag and structure findings for broader use
- Provide input on outreach strategies, messaging, and positioning based on real feedback
- Refer warm, well-contextualized connections to sales or leadership when appropriate
- Represent a modern, consultative approach—leaving every interaction feeling heard and respected
Who You Are
- Empathetic, naturally inquisitive, and comfortable speaking with senior-level professionals
- A strong listener who communicates clearly and concisely
- Organized and consistent in documentation and follow-up
- Curious about the Power & Utilities landscape—no prior experience required
- Based in the U.S., currently residing in the greater Phoenix, Indianapolis, or Minneapolis areas
- Driven by relationship-building, not transactional outcomes
