Transport for London is hiring a Market Developer for Jerith Manufacturing, part of the Assa Abloy Perimeter Security Group. Based in Florida, you will drive sales growth by engaging industry leaders, including distribution partners, fencing contractors, project managers, and architects.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with fence contractors to promote the Jerith product portfolio.
- Build and maintain solid working relationships with the inside sales team and managers.
- Continually update customer profiles within CRM Software.
- Understand each customer's business model and geographical coverage.
- Track top fence contractors by classification and market segment.
- Execute product presentations to architects and specifiers relevant to the industry.
- Professionally support local distribution partners.
- Address customer problems and issues in a professional and timely manner with integrity.
- Travel within the assigned territory up to 30% overnight, and to industry events and corporate meetings as needed.
What We're Looking For
- A valid driver’s license and ability to work in the USA.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Relevant outside sales experience.
- Successful outside sales and territory management experience.
- Experience in calling on distributors, contractors, and architects.
- Comfort with calling on jobsites and construction projects.
