Hire Resolve is assisting manufacturing and supply chain organizations in hiring experienced Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professionals for their U.S.-based operations. These mid- to senior-level roles offer a clear pathway toward senior leadership for candidates with a strong background across manufacturing, production, supply chain, operations, engineering, logistics, or quality functions.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and support manufacturing, production, and supply chain operations.
- Manage production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and materials flow.
- Optimize workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, cost control, and service levels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams.
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and internal quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor KPIs related to production output, inventory, on-time delivery, quality, and cost performance.
- Support supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigation.
- Lead, mentor, and support teams, supervisors, and planners.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Contribute to strategic planning, capacity planning, and long-term operational improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, systems, and best practices.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
- Experience using ERP, MRP, WMS, or MES systems.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
