Capgemini Invent is seeking a Manufacturing Consultant to serve as a digital transformation leader and subject matter expert for our industrial manufacturing and cement industry clients. We blend strategic, creative, and scientific capabilities to deliver cutting-edge solutions validated by data and superpowered by creativity.
What You'll Do
- Act as a digital transformation leader and SME in the Industrial manufacturing and cement industry Engineering and Plant Operations domain.
- Build and lead a team of consultants ready to be deployed on assignments.
- Understand customer requirements and propose, develop, and manage digital offers.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and identify key technology solutions and partnerships.
- Present to global OEMs, industry players, and customers with suitable business cases, considering business objectives and ROI.
- Work with the sales team, customers, and other stakeholders to generate business.
- Lead engagements in digital continuity, engineering transformation, and model-based systems engineering.
- Articulate points of view on industry topics and propose future trends to promote thought leadership.
- Build and manage cross-functional teams to foster practice development and devise market strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- 8+ years of work experience in consulting plus industrial sectors, with emphasis on Engineering and Plant Operations consulting.
- Project Management experience and Business Consulting experience.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to innovative IT/Product design & development techniques such as MBSE (Model based systems engineering), Agile/SAFe.
- Ability to leverage Industry 4.0 technologies (such as IoT, cloud, AR/VR, Automation, Digital Twin, blockchain, RFID) for creating customized offerings.
