FCCI Insurance Services is looking for a Managing Director, Underwriting to lead our Southwest Regional office team. You will be responsible for driving the growth and profit of the regional property and casualty book, promoting our unique Risk Control and Claims expertise, and assisting in long-term strategic development.
What You'll Do
- Lead the regional underwriting team in support of achieving regional business goals.
- Drive the growth and profit of our regional property and casualty book.
- Promote value-added services and cross-market FCCI’s specialty lines.
- Assist in the development and achievement of long-term strategic goals.
- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance within the region.
- Execute agency management best practices delivering a consistent experience for our agency partners.
