Calian is looking for a Manager, Treasury and Tax to oversee the company’s treasury function and coordinate tax activities. You will be responsible for optimizing working capital, managing cash flow, and ensuring tax compliance while collaborating across the organization.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement a cash flow forecasting model applicable across multiple legal entities.
Maintain ownership and ongoing oversight of the cash flow forecasting process.
Identify opportunities to improve cash efficiencies through working capital and capital management.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve understanding and practices related to cash flow management.
Manage loan balances at the consolidated group level to minimize borrowing costs.
Ensure compliance reporting related to debt covenants.
Oversee the organization’s tax function, including compliance, accounting, planning, and international considerations.
Coordinate tax-related activities and manage projects related to tax processes and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and reporting.
Maintain discretion in all communications and reporting with staff and senior management.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of five years of experience in financial accounting and reporting.
University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent business experience.
Demonstrated leadership ability with experience supporting or leading teams.
Strong knowledge of financial software and reporting tools, with the ability to calculate and analyze data for bookkeeping, payroll, and budgeting.
Experience implementing financial processes and systems.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build and support high-performing teams.
Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain secret-level security clearance.
