Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and report on Aledade's EHR workflow initiatives, covering deployment, adoption, effectiveness, impact, and future strategy.
- Support detailed data analysis to guide decisions on key transformation projects, collaborating with the Business Intelligence and Impact Analytics teams.
- Develop and manage project plans, deliverables, and communication across various stakeholders for assigned special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience, or 3+ years with a relevant graduate degree (MBA, MPH, MPP), with strong preference for healthcare strategy or operations consulting background.
- Familiarity with AI as a business user, utilizing tools beyond chatbots such as Claude Code, Cowork, or Codex.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, MPP) is strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including handling large, complex, and incomplete datasets, performing quick one-off analyses, and using Index/Match, XLOOKUP, FILTER, and other advanced formulas.
- Understanding of value-based care, population health, and primary care.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
