At GE Vernova, we are looking for a Manager to lead the development of several product lines within our Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS) Platform. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to drive on-time delivery of high-quality product features.

What You'll Do

Lead the development of several product lines within the Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS) Platform.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship for 1-2 cross-functional scrum teams.
Lead teams to deliver product features on-time with high quality.
Collaborate with product management to create release plans based on business value and technical feasibility.
Proactively identify and solve for risks and remove barriers throughout the product release cycle.
Establish Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
Establish Agile best practices and introduce new processes or technologies to improve team velocity.
Set performance goals, conduct 1-1s and performance reviews, and guide career development for team members.
Motivate and energize teams towards common business goals, promoting a collaborative and accountable environment.
Effectively collaborate and influence across various GE departments including Product, Services, and Sales.

What We're Looking For

14+ years of significant experience in Digital Technology & Software Engineering.
Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
