Cushman & Wakefield Global, Inc is looking for a Manager - Testing & Commissioning (Data Center) to ensure the end-to-end verification, functional validation, and integration of all critical systems. In this role, you will guarantee operational reliability, redundancy, and uptime compliance before client handover.

What You'll Do

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all testing and commissioning activities for electrical, HVAC, ELV/BMS, and IT systems.
Develop T&C schedules, procedures, and acceptance criteria in line with project and client requirements.
Supervise pre-commissioning, functional tests, and integrated system testing (IST) to ensure reliability and redundancy.
Ensure QA/QC, HSE compliance, and proper documentation of reports, punch lists, and as-built records.
Lead handover activities and train facility management teams on system operations.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in Data Centre projects.
Overall experience of 8+ years.
Diploma or B.E. Electrical Degree.
Should have completed the end-to-end process of at least 3 data centres.
