What You'll Do
Perform field testing on construction materials, including concrete and asphalt, to verify adherence to project specifications. Conduct precise measurements at active job sites and maintain accurate records of all results. Support quality assurance efforts by ensuring roadwork meets defined standards, contributing to the integrity and safety of infrastructure projects.
Work is conducted outdoors across various locations in Wisconsin, with schedules aligned to project timelines. You’ll operate in all weather conditions and travel between sites as needed.
Requirements
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a cooperative attitude
- Be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds or more on a regular basis
- Be comfortable working outside in changing weather conditions
- Adapt to flexible work hours based on construction demands
- Apply basic math skills, with training provided as needed
Preferred Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not mandatory for candidates who demonstrate strong work ethic and reliability.
