EX Squared is looking for a Manager of Strategic Partners to own and grow our most critical external relationships. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our partnership strategy, directly impacting our market reach and business development.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnership plan
- Identify, source, and onboard new high-value partner opportunities
- Manage the full partner lifecycle, from negotiation to performance evaluation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align partnership initiatives with company goals
- Analyze partnership performance and drive initiatives for mutual growth
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliance management
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage complex, multi-faceted agreements
- Strong analytical skills to assess partnership opportunities and performance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a remote environment
