About the Role

AssistRx is hiring a Manager, Strategic Account Manager to cultivate and maintain our relationship with Pharmaceutical manufacturing partners. In this remote role, you will work directly with pharmaceutical executives to ensure they receive maximum value from iAssist’s features and services.

What You'll Do

  • Form strategic partnerships by developing a working knowledge of client business goals, technical challenges, and infrastructure.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues.
  • Present new ideas and innovations to upsell and enhance client products and services.
  • Research high-level solutions for the client.
  • Develop client relationships through regular meetings to review service quality and benefits.
  • Work with Client Services to solve complex support issues effectively.
  • Manage the delivery of agreed-upon services to achieve high client satisfaction.
  • Determine the most effective method of problem resolution by utilizing internal resources.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales and service.
  • Participate in client quarterly reviews and attend annual Plan of Action meetings.
  • Plan milestones and track progress.
  • Effectively keep all stakeholders informed by presenting relevant information.

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to effectively express ideas and thoughts verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent listening skills and comprehension.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience in customer support and/or sales.
  • Experience working for or in the Pharma industry.
  • Experience working with Pharmaceutical Brand Teams is essential.
  • Strong technical skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Project Management, HUB Operations, or Specialty Pharmacy Operations/Account Management strongly desired.
