About the Role

NextRoll is looking for a Manager, Solution Consulting to lead the Solutions Consultants team supporting our AdRoll DSP and AdRoll ABM platforms. In this role, you will drive revenue acceleration by providing technical sales expertise, fostering cross-platform collaboration, and demonstrating leadership excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of six Solutions Consultants across geographically distributed locations.
  • Monitor and optimize key business metrics, including revenue growth, time-to-value for implementations, and cross-platform expertise adoption.
  • Develop and execute a team strategy that balances DSP and ABM platform expertise while building cross-functional capabilities.
  • Foster cross-functional alignment between Solutions Consulting, field sales, and product teams.
  • Establish performance standards, conduct regular 1-on-1s, provide coaching and feedback, and create career development pathways.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on quarterly business reviews, strategic planning, and organizational goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years relevant work experience.
  • At least 2 years managing a team in a revenue-generating or client-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams through performance management, coaching, and career development.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving key business metrics.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and problem-solving.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in advertising technology, DSP, ABM, or similar B2B solutions.

Team & Environment

You will lead a globally distributed team of 6 Solutions Consultants (3 DSP, 3 ABM), reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Acceleration.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role open to candidates in San Francisco, New York City, or US Remote locations.
