Lola Blankets is hiring a Manager, SMB Sales to lead our sales execution for the SMB market segment, including schools and small districts. In this role, you will own pipeline creation, achieve revenue targets, develop team talent, and create strategies to secure new and upsell business, helping shape the future of education.
What You'll Do
- Manage overall pipeline creation and stage management.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Onboard and train the team to become effective sellers.
- Develop national and regional strategies to secure new and upsell business.
- Develop relationships with key schools and districts.
- Partner with the Learning & Enablement team to hire, mentor, coach, develop, and retain top talent.
- Understand funding, state initiatives, demographics, standards of adoption, and the K-12 education landscape in your territory.
- Develop and manage an overall action plan to achieve quota for your territory.
- Support sales leadership in defining, planning, and executing initiatives that drive operational scalability.
- Implement value-based controls, sales processes to compress sales cycles, and accelerate trial conversion.
- Collaborate within the sales organization to build strategy and process that enhances sales performance.

- Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 USD.
