At Postmedia, we are looking for a Manager, Sales Training & Enablement who will drive sales performance through strategic enablement. Your core mission is to maximize sales productivity by reducing the 'time to first deal' for new hires and continuously upskilling our tenured sales teams. You will act as the critical link between Product, Marketing, and Sales, transforming complex product information into actionable sales strategies.
What You'll Do
- Design a scalable, self-service Knowledge Base using tools like SharePoint and HubSpot to move away from manual, one-off training.
- Create and maintain high-impact sales assets, including Battlecards and Playbooks, to simplify our catalog of 100+ products into clear 'Solution Buckets'.
- Act as the primary liaison between Marketing, Product, Operations, and Sales to ensure product launches are translated into 'sales-ready' language.
- Redesign onboarding into a hybrid model using video (Dayforce), peer-to-peer learning, and manager-led sessions.
- Implement a formal certification process where reps must demonstrate mastery of core workflows and products before receiving live leads.
- Optimize the first 90 days of a rep's journey to reduce the time to close their first deal.
- Serve as the 'Sales Voice' for the tech stack, ensuring 100% adoption and hygiene in HubSpot, Avoma, ZoomInfo, and Naviga.
- Lead the full rollout and optimization of tools like Avoma to provide actionable coaching insights for sales managers.
- Leverage AI tools (like ElevenLabs) to create business personas for automated role-play and scenario-based training.
- Equip Sales Managers with structured coaching frameworks and tools to reinforce training daily.
- Design targeted learning paths based on tenure and performance, such as advanced 'Skill Sprints' for veterans versus foundational 'Core Skills' for new hires.
- Manage a calendar of monthly solution deep-dives and quarterly skill workshops on topics like SPIN Selling, objection handling, and bundle selling.

- Tech Savvy: You are comfortable being the functional owner of a CRM and exploring AI to automate training processes.
- Operational Mindset: You want to build systems that make basic training unnecessary, moving beyond one-on-one teaching.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or Sales Operations.
- Familiarity with SPIN Selling or other consultative sales frameworks.
