Oura is hiring a Manager, Retail Sales to develop and execute strategies that profitably drive revenue and market share growth for Oura Ring products across North America. This role manages specialty and regional retail accounts, identifies new opportunities, and builds strong relationships with key stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute account-specific strategies to drive sustainable sales growth, market share expansion, and brand awareness.
- Build and deepen relationships with new and existing retail partners across their organizations.
- Deliver regular business performance updates with KPI pacing (e.g., sales, returns, inventory positions), along with relevant industry and channel insights.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and annual program negotiations aligning Oura and retailer priorities.
- Drive growth through the intelligent use of retailer programs (e.g., MDF/CO-OP, digital and physical merchandising, customer acquisition).
- Implement annual national promotional strategy and ensure flawless execution across pricing, inventory, and marketing.
- Identify, vet and onboard new retail partners in alignment with Oura’s retail expansion strategy.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Membership Experience, and Media teams to ensure retail program alignment.
- Work with Oura’s Supply & Demand Team to ensure forecast accuracy across sell-in and sell-through metrics and maintenance of inventory health.
- Ensure operational excellence through proactive and timely resolution of operational issues, including chargebacks, shortages, PO flow, content errors, and catalog integrity.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in retail account management, preferably in the consumer electronics industry, with national or regional retailers.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and managing a portfolio of accounts varying in size and complexity.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high level of autonomy.
- A can-do attitude with a bias for action and problem solving.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

- Compensation: Region 1: $119,000 - $140,000; Region 2: $106,250 - $125,000; Region 3: $99,450 - $117,000 + equity.
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Preferred locations include Remote - New York, New York and Remote - San Francisco, California, but the role is open to candidates Remote - United States.
