Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Manager, Product Operations to play a key role in shaping and improving how care is delivered. You’ll be part of the Product Operations team, optimizing non-clinical workflows, supporting product rollouts, and identifying operational enhancements.
What You'll Do
- Lead and refine non-clinical operational processes supporting front-line healthcare teams.
- Partner with Product to ensure smooth and scalable launches of new features and initiatives.
- Monitor business metrics post-launch, identify trends, and propose data-backed optimizations.
- Conduct in-depth analyses, draft insight memos, and present recommendations to influence stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Care Delivery leadership on cross-functional initiatives.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) in response to evolving needs and launches.
What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in analytical roles such as management consulting, strategy & operations, or similar startup environments.
- Strong familiarity with cross-functional teams, especially Product and Engineering.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
- Ability to shift between big-picture thinking and tactical execution.
- Proven mindset of ownership and results delivery, especially in fast-paced environments.
Nice to Have
- Looker experience is a plus.
