Hims & Hers is looking for a Manager, Paid Search (Temp) for a 4-month contract position. You will be responsible for the creation, optimization, and growth of paid search campaigns, driving growth for one of the company's largest categories. You will report to the Associate Director, Paid Search and help innovate the search marketing practice.
What You'll Do
- Manage, optimize, and grow campaigns across paid search ads and Performance Max.
- Systematically test new keywords, ad copy, assets, campaign types, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Analyze performance media data to uncover meaningful, actionable insights.
- Proactively identify paid search opportunities or challenges and find innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with a range of teams, including Analytics, Product Marketing, and Optimization.
- Accurately forecast campaign budgets, conversions, and CPAs.
- Ensure there is accurate media tracking, measurement, and reporting.
- Manage and optimize processes that increase operational effectiveness.
- Present to key stakeholders across various levels and departments.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in direct-response paid search marketing.
- Experience preferably in highly competitive consumer-oriented verticals.
- Exceptional track record of driving measurable revenue and customer acquisition growth through SEM.
- Proven success consistently driving performance with multi-million dollar monthly budgets.
- Extraordinary quantitative analysis skills, an affinity for numbers, and the ability to process complex calculations quickly and accurately.
- Experience executing complex cross-functional marketing projects.
- Deep understanding of media measurement methodologies and technology.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills, able to communicate across a range of audiences.
- Strong ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and participate in a team-based planning process.
- Experience with bid management platforms, such as Marin, SA360, or Skai.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
