Responsibilities
- Directly negotiate network participation agreements with health plans, including new contracts, renewals, and amendments.
- Oversee and track deliverables and maintain document repositories.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Conduct comprehensive rate analyses.
- Track and report on key contract metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and stakeholders to execute network participation agreements successfully.
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with regional and national payer stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
