Vi (Vodafone Idea Limited) is hiring a Manager - Mass Distribution

Join Vi (Vodafone Idea Limited), a partnership between the Aditya Birla Group and Vodafone, as a Manager - Mass Distribution in Raipur. In this role, you will manage and drive sales through distribution to attain market leadership in your territory by growing gross numbers and revenues.

What You'll Do

• Establish a best-in-class distribution footprint and a strong promoter channel.
• Deliver sales targets for all products by executing the distribution strategy.
• Help achieve zone and circle revenue targets by driving secondary sales through mass retail distribution.
• Monitor the quality of acquisition through the distribution channel.
• Track and report on competition schemes and programs.
• Ensure availability of stock at retail while adhering to norms.
• Execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility.
• Achieve zonal revenue targets for the distribution channel across all products.
• Achieve retail (MBO) expansion targets by increasing outlets in existing and new geographies.
• Manage DSEs through target setting, beat plan adherence, and driving distribution KPIs.
• Manage MD/AD/SD through DSE availability monitoring, stock holding monitoring, and day-to-day performance reviews.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in managing sales and distribution channels, preferably in telecom.
• Proven ability to deliver on sales and revenue targets.
• Strong skills in channel management, performance monitoring, and team leadership.
• Competence in retail expansion, stock management, and competitive analysis.

Work Mode

This role is based on-site in Raipur.
