About the Role

LogicGate is seeking a Manager of Implementation Services to provide operational and functional leadership for our delivery team. You will scale our capabilities, drive operational excellence, and develop your team of implementation professionals, playing a key role in our strategic growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of direct reports. Drive all aspects of talent management, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career progression.
  • Lead and support team operational processes including pre-sale scoping, onboarding, capacity management, operational reporting, and partner operations.
  • Act as the accountable owner for key strategic initiatives tied to our operating goals, driving them from conception to completion with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain accountability for the continuous improvement of our delivery methodology to improve quality, streamline operations, and accelerate customer time-to-value.
  • Serve as a primary point of escalation for customers, resolving complex issues and partnering with senior leadership on enterprise-level escalations.
  • Provide program-level support and strategic guidance for our most complex multi-application customers.
  • Act as a key partner to sales, customer success, and product leadership, ensuring team alignment with company objectives and providing critical field feedback.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software professional services, consulting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience leading operational or strategic initiatives, with a history of being an accountable owner who drives measurable business outcomes.
  • Expertise in customer relationship management and a proven ability to resolve complex customer escalations with diplomacy and authority.
  • Deep understanding of professional services operations, including project scoping, resource management, and delivery methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to Have

  • GRC industry experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience managing other people leaders is highly desirable.

  • Compensation: $110,000 - $135,000 per year + equity options.
