BAE Systems Intelligence & Security is seeking a Manager I - Information Systems to provide technical leadership for a team of network architects and engineers. This role is central to our mission of defending national security with breakthrough technology, requiring a professional who can blend deep technical expertise with the ability to guide a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Lead and provide technical expertise to a team of network architects and engineers.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in network technologies, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Datacenter, Nexus, IOS, and IOS-XE.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Experience with cloud solutions, including AWS, Azure, and SaaS services.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Project management experience is a plus, including Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience with network management tools, such as network monitoring and configuration management systems.
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
- Experience with automation tools, such as Ansible or Python.
- Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary Range: $106,654 - $181,311
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates should be based near or willing to work in Eastern Time Zone alignment from Fort Walton Beach, Florida, United States.
