We are seeking a Manager, HRBP and Labor Relations to serve as a strategic HR Business Partner for assigned client groups while leading a team of HR professionals. This role partners with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals, drive strategic HR initiatives, and lead all aspects of labor relations.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering collaboration, growth, and accountability.
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals across diverse teams.
- Drive strategic HR initiatives by supporting organizational design, workforce planning, and career development.
- Champion talent and culture by promoting learning, growth, and succession planning.
- Lead labor relations by managing negotiations, conflict resolution, and union relationships.
- Use data to guide decisions and shape proactive solutions.
- Advance enterprise-wide HR initiatives by leading and contributing to strategic projects and process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnership in complex, unionized environments.
- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including labor relations and exposure to collective bargaining.
- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including team leadership and coaching.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French to serve internal customers in different regions.
- A Certified Professional Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree.
- Experience with Workday.
Team & Environment
You will lead a team of HR professionals and work closely with other HRBPs and HR Centers of Excellence.
