adidas Group is hiring a Manager Go to Market Content to ensure a successful brand sell-in across Latin America. You will provide all necessary content and samples while driving an efficient, standardized showroom management process for flawless sell-in readiness.
What You'll Do
- Create and deploy the ideal set of LAM sell-in tools, both internal and external, to achieve a successful and standardized sell-in process.
- Align with the Sales Development team to maximize the full potential of DSS.
- Manage the LAM Marketing Operations workspace to ensure all relevant content is maintained and aligned between brands.
- Maximize potential budget usage to enhance the sell-in experience.
- Manage LAM physical and digital samples seasonal strategy, aligning with the global digital-led approach to reduce physical sample usage.
- Own the LAM sample management policy to ensure it is always updated, clear, and compliantly executed in countries.
- Ensure proper rollout of the global future of showroom project by teaming up with the regional sales development team.
What We're Looking For
- University degree.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in project management, ideally in Markets or Business Units.
- Fluent in English & Spanish.
- High understanding of various tools and procedures.
- Great analytical skills with strong Excel knowledge.
- Strong organizational, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive learning and self-development.
- Strong project management experience, including ability to manage conflicting priorities and high workload.
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible with short-notice changes.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Skills in managing relationships and diversity.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Cross-functional project management experience and project budget control.
