Autodesk Ltd. is hiring a Manager, Global Culture Programs to champion our cultural evolution. In this role, you will be a visible leader and trusted partner responsible for developing engaging opportunities that build connection, community, and a deeper understanding of Autodesk’s culture for teams across EMEA and India.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement culture programs in EMEA and India, serving as a visible leader in the region and connecting employees to the Global Culture & Belonging team.
- Provide inputs to partners within Autodesk’s People and Places Organization to improve culture initiatives and identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead community building events and initiatives, coordinating meaningful gatherings that put Autodesk’s values into action and connect teams.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and use data to drive improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of project or program management experience.
- 3+ years focused on Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion, People & Culture, or other relevant experience.
Nice to Have
- 5+ years of focused experience in managing organizational culture programs, such as employee experience initiatives, employee resource groups, leadership development or organizational effectiveness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences, including experience communicating with leadership and executives.
- Experience working in a global company and/or collaborating with others across geographic and functional boundaries.
- Knowledge of change management practices.
- Curiosity and interest in learning and developing others.
- A second language is an asset.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the Global Culture & Belonging team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Culture Strategy.
