Responsibilities
- Lead the development of brand-led campaigns for priority initiatives and key moments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to create integrated 360-degree marketing plans, aligning stakeholders from creative, media, digital, and regional departments.
- Convert brand strategy into clear campaign, messaging, and creative briefs.
- Work with cross-functional partners to activate campaigns across various channels and markets.
- Ensure campaigns are cohesive, aligned with strategy, and executable on a global scale.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
- Support regional teams in adapting global campaigns while preserving brand intent.
- Use AI and LLM tools to accelerate brief creation, enhance ideas, and improve campaign efficiency without compromising brand quality and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand campaigns or integrated marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of health, wellness, or lifestyle brand activation.
- Experience developing campaigns for both consumer and partner (distributor) audiences.
- Proven track record managing agencies and orchestrating complex, multi-market campaign workstreams.
- Ability to write strong campaign and creative briefs that inspire great work and provide clear strategic direction.
- Highly collaborative with experience managing agencies and aligning diverse stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve campaign development, streamline creative production, and support more insight-driven decision making.
Nice to Have
- MBA or advanced degree a plus; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
