Prometeia is seeking a Manager in Financial Risk Management to join their team in Istanbul. The role involves overseeing key areas of financial risk, including Asset & Liability Management, Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, Treasury Performance, Value Based Management, and Credit Risk, within a dynamic international environment serving over 500 financial institutions across 20 countries.

What We're Looking For
- 7-10 years of experience in the development of Financial Risk Management areas listed
- Strong educational background with a degree in economic/financial, statistical, or engineering subjects
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Outstanding relational skills and an inclination toward teamwork
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
- Very good knowledge of the banking industry
- Experience with regulatory frameworks, both Basel and BRSA
- Valuation expertise in conventional and synthetic financial products and derivative markets
- Proficiency in English
